Our journey began with the establishment of our first value-add industrial real estate fund in 2006, primarily serving high-net-worth investors. Subsequently, we expanded our offerings with additional high-net-worth value-add industrial funds and a private REIT. In 2013, we ventured into institutional value-add industrial funds, attracting large pensions, insurance companies and high-net-worth individuals and have continued to raise subsequent institutional funds.
