Established in 2005, Berkeley Partners is home to a seasoned team of professionals with diverse expertise in real estate investment, property management and fund management. 

With a proven ability to efficiently acquire industrial real estate and effectively manage investments’ operations and dispositions through market cycles, our team has aggregated a dynamic portfolio of industrial properties.

With a portfolio spanning over 11 million square feet across select high-growth U.S. cities and submarkets, Berkeley Partners has established a national footprint combined with a regional presence to provide diverse investment opportunities, including value-add funds, joint ventures and separate accounts. We are known for our commitment to cultivating a strong operator culture.

History

Our journey began with the establishment of our first value-add industrial real estate fund in 2006, primarily serving high-net-worth investors. Subsequently, we expanded our offerings with additional high-net-worth value-add industrial funds and a private REIT. In 2013, we ventured into institutional value-add industrial funds, attracting large pensions, insurance companies and high-net-worth individuals and have continued to raise subsequent institutional funds. 

2020
Berkeley Partners Value Industrial Fund V, LP
A $400 million institutional value-add industrial real estate fund formed in 2020. The fund is fully invested.
2017
Berkeley Partners Core-Plus Industrial Partnership, LLC
A $350 million institutional separate account formed in 2017 to pursue infill, urban core cash flowing industrial assets in select U.S. markets. The account is currently being invested. 
2016
IC Berkeley Partners IV, LP
A $275 million institutional value-add industrial real estate fund formed in 2016. The fund is fully invested and all assets have been sold.
2013
IC Berkeley Partners III, LP
A $125 million institutional value-add industrial real estate fund formed in 2013. The fund is fully invested and all assets have been sold.
2008
Berkeley Capital Trust
A $25 million private REIT formed in 2008 to invest in value-add industrial real estate. The fund is fully invested and liquidated.
2007
Berkeley Partners II, LP
A $1.4 million value-add industrial real estate fund formed in 2007. The fund is fully invested and liquidated.  
2006
Berkeley Partners I, LP
A $25 million value-add industrial real estate fund formed in 2006. The fund is fully invested and liquidated.
