Dominic Guercio
Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis
Mr. Guercio serves as a Senior Associate focused on Corporate Finance, Portfolio Management, and Investor Relations. He is responsible for financial modeling and forecasting at both the management company and funds as well as contributing to quarterly and annual investor reporting.
Prior to joining Berkeley Partners, Mr. Guercio held a series of progressive roles across Strategic Finance and Global Real Estate Transactions at WeWork. During his tenure, he served as lead underwriter for complex transactions and deal restructurings, reviewed 250+ transactions globally for investment committee consideration, and acted as primary deal advisor for joint venture and franchise partners across India and Latin America. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he performed audit procedures for clients in asset management and private equity.
Mr. Guercio holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
