Charlie Luce
Vice President, Investments
Mr. Luce serves as Vice President of Acquisitions at Berkeley Partners and is responsible for managing the firm’s acquisition activities across the Carolinas, including Charlotte, Raleigh, and Charleston, as well as supporting the firm’s continued growth across New England.
Previously, Mr. Luce co-founded Casco Real Estate Partners, an investment and advisory firm based in Boston, where he transacted on $300M+ of industrial product across New England. Prior to that, he served as Vice President at The Seyon Group, a Boston-based industrial owner/operator, where he participated in all aspects of the firm’s growth including both acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Luce started his career in JLL’s New England Capital Markets group, focused on investment sales and debt/equity placement across multiple product types.
Mr. Luce received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics from Wake Forest University and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
