Ms. Sidhu is a Partner and serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Berkeley Partners. She is a voting member of the Investment Committee, a member of the Executive Steering Committee and chair of the ESG committee. She is responsible for developing and executing firm strategy, including providing oversight to all corporate functions, fund management, property management, construction management, company wide financial planning and analysis, investor reporting, audit, tax, compliance, treasury, human resources, data strategy, and technology.
Prior to joining Berkeley Partners in 2017, she served as Vice President at Bank of New York (BNY) Mellon, where she led the San Francisco practice of the real estate fund administration business, serving major investment firms across the country. Before that, she served as Vice President of Global Fund Finance at Deutsche Bank, providing oversight to their flagship Open End Diversified Core Equity (ODCE) fund, daily traded publicly registered REIT, retrofit fund, and other investment vehicles. She also worked at AMB (now Prologis) in the Strategic Capital arm, serving joint ventures with international partners.
Ms. Sidhu started her career at Deloitte in the assurance practice with a diverse client base in retail, technology and financial services, including publicly traded companies. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two sons. While not at work, she enjoys traveling internationally, working on her family farm, and volunteering for causes related to children with special needs. Ms. Sidhu is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA – inactive) license in the state of California. She holds a BS in Business Administration and an MBA both from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
