Andrew Mustin

Director, Asset Management

Mr. Mustin serves as Director of Asset Management and is responsible for executing asset-level business plans encompassing leasing strategy, capital project execution, and overall financial and operational performance. Mr. Mustin is a seasoned commercial real estate asset management professional with more than 20 years of experience across value-add repositioning, leasing, and portfolio management, with a focus on office and light industrial assets across West Coast markets.

Prior to joining Berkeley, Andrew served as Director of Asset Management at Graham Street Realty, where he oversaw assets through the full investment lifecycle, including budgeting, cash flow management, loan compliance, investor reporting, leasing strategies, capital improvement programs, and dispositions in partnership with institutional joint-venture investors.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Mustin held roles in commercial real estate banking at Bank of America and corporate real estate portfolio management at Charles Schwab. He began his career in industrial brokerage at CBRE.

Andrew holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis.
