Aaron Snegg

Mr. Snegg is the Founder and Managing Partner of Berkeley Partners and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Since 2005, through Berkeley Partner’s affiliates, he has led the acquisition of over 21 million square feet of industrial real estate. Mr. Snegg has been instrumental in building Berkeley Partners into one of the premier institutional light industrial operators.

Prior to founding Berkeley Partners, Mr. Snegg held various officer positions at Snegg & Snegg LP, his family’s real estate holding company, and Workstream Inc.

Mr. Snegg holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley.
