Lauren Fitzpatrick

Lauren Fitzpatrick serves as Vice President, Capital Formation & Investor Relations at Berkeley Partners and is responsible for leading the firm’s capital raising initiatives, investor relationships, and communication strategy. She focuses on fundraising execution, investor coverage, and supporting the positioning and distribution of the firm’s investment vehicles. Prior to joining Berkeley Partners, Ms. Fitzpatrick was Director of Investor Relations at a Dallas based emerging manager. She was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s investor relations initiatives. Ms. Fitzpatrick assisted the firm through Funds I and II. Ms. Fitzpatrick has almost 20 years of experience across public and private real estate platforms. Her experience includes leading investor relations for a publicly traded REIT as well as advising real estate firms on capital raising, investor communications, and strategic planning. Ms. Fitzpatrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Golden Gate University. She is located in the firm’s Dallas office.
